Small group leader - Level 1

Service Description

Small Group Leader level 1 is designed for believers who are ready to take their first step into leadership by facilitating small groups and fostering spiritual growth within a community setting. This foundational course equips students with the skills, confidence, and biblical principles necessary to lead healthy, Christ-centered groups that encourage discipleship, fellowship, and spiritual transformation. Participants will learn how to facilitate meaningful discussions, care for group members, create welcoming environments, and lead others through Bible studies with clarity and confidence. Emphasis will be placed on servant leadership, relationship building, group dynamics, and helping people grow in their faith journey.
