What is ISOM?

Ignite School of Ministry is the official training and spiritual formation arm of CPI Ministries. Its mandate is to equip leaders at every level of responsibilitY Local ministry, national leadership, and global oversight so that CPI functions with unity, maturity, and doctrinal alignment across all its expressions.

Ignite exists to ensure that leadership within CPI is not fragmented, personality-driven, or culturally shaped, but biblically grounded and spiritually formed. Whether serving in a local church context, overseeing national initiatives, or participating in global assignments, every leader is developed through the same foundational principles, values, and theological framework.

We train across three dimensions of leadership responsibility:

At the local level, Ignite strengthens those serving in church-based ministry: cell leaders, ministry heads, elders, and emerging pastors—ensuring they are rooted in character, sound doctrine, and disciplined spiritual life.
At the national level, Ignite equips leaders who carry broader influence, helping them steward vision, govern responsibly, and represent CPI with clarity and maturity.
At the global level, Ignite prepares those entrusted with cross-cultural, apostolic, and international responsibilities, forming leaders who can carry weight without losing humility and who can expand without losing alignment.

This multi-level training structure allows CPI to move as one body. Different assignments, different territories but one doctrine, one spirit, one culture of leadership.

Ignite is not merely about developing individual ministers, It also serves a framework that unifies CPI leadership across its churches, ministries, missions, and future expansions esuring that CPI leads as one team. In essence, ISOM ensures that wherever CPI is represented whether locally, nationally, or globally it carries the same foundation.

The Leadership Crisis

We are living in a time of unprecedented spiritual hunger and unprecedented leadership shortage.

Jesus declared, "The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few" (Matthew 9:37). The Apostle Paul lamented, "I have no one like Timothy, for they all seek their own interests, not those of Jesus Christ" (Philippians 2:20-21). And God Himself cried out through the prophet Ezekiel, "I looked for someone to stand in the gap and rebuild the wall, but I found no one" (Ezekiel 22:30).

The crisis is real. Churches are growing, but leaders are scarce. Ministries are expanding, but qualified servants are few. The world is crying out for leaders after God's own heart, leaders who genuinely care about people, who pursue God's purposes with passion, and who will rebuild the walls of righteousness in this generation.

Ignite School of Ministry was founded to answer heaven's call. We exist because the Church is only as strong as its leaders. We exist because formation must precede function. We exist because the next generation of leaders must be equipped not just with information, but with transformation.

Our Mission

"Make disciples of all nations." Matthew 28:19-20

"Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you..."

The mission of Ignite is to produce leaders who make disciples. We are not called to create spectators, admirers, or followers of personality. We are called to raise disciplined, obedient followers of Christ who will in turn disciple others.

Discipleship involves teaching, modeling, correction, accountability, and multiplication. Ignite exists to equip leaders who will faithfully transmit the whole counsel of God to the next generation, leaders who will not just gather crowds, but build the Kingdom one transformed life at a time.

Our Vision

The vision of Ignite School of Ministry is the inward formation of Christ in every leader. Our aim is not merely to produce gifted individuals, but to cultivate leaders whose character, motives, and decisions reflect the nature of Christ. Christ formed in the leader is the foundation upon which sustainable ministry is built.

Formation precedes function. Before a leader represents Christ publicly, Christ must be formed in them privately. Before they can lead others, they must first lead themselves. Before they can carry the fire of God, they must be refined in the fire of God.

OUR VEHICLE

"You shall receive power." Acts 1:8

"But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me..."

The vehicle by which this vision and mission are accomplished is the empowering grace of Jesus through the Holy Spirit. Leadership cannot be sustained by natural ability alone. It requires divine empowerment.

The power of the Holy Spirit enables leaders to:

Walk in obedience even when it's costly
Endure trials without losing heart
Shepherd faithfully with compassion and courage
Teach with authority and clarity
Serve with humility and joy

Through the Spirit's power, leaders are formed, sustained, and released into their God-given assignments. Without the Holy Spirit, we are just another school. With the Holy Spirit, we are a movement that will shake nations.
