Ignite Timothy - Level 5

Service Description

Ignite Timothy 5 is the final stage of the Ignite Timothy Leadership Track and is designed for those who have demonstrated spiritual maturity, doctrinal soundness, servant leadership, and a genuine call to shepherd God's people. This 12-week intensive prepares candidates for pastoral ministry and positions them for commissioning and release into greater Kingdom responsibility. At this level, the focus shifts from leading ministries to shepherding people. Students will be equipped to care for souls, oversee ministries, guard doctrine, develop leaders, and steward the local church with wisdom, humility, and biblical integrity. Pastoral ministry is more than preaching sermons, it is the lifelong responsibility of feeding, protecting, guiding, and nurturing God's people. Through biblical instruction, practical ministry experience, mentorship, and spiritual formation, participants will develop the competencies necessary to serve as effective pastors and shepherds.
