Service Description

Ignite Timothy 3: Leadership, Multiplication & Kingdom Impact Ignite Timothy 3 is designed for emerging and established leaders who are ready to expand their influence and embrace greater Kingdom responsibility. Over 12 weeks, participants will be equipped to lead effectively, disciple others, build healthy ministry structures, and make a lasting impact within their church, community, and sphere of influence. This level shifts the focus from personal development to multiplication reproducing in others what God has established within you. Through biblical leadership training, theological study, discipleship principles, and practical ministry application, you will develop the character, wisdom, and skills necessary for sustainable leadership. Throughout the course, you will learn how to cast vision, communicate effectively, mentor and develop leaders, build strong teams, establish healthy ministry systems, and navigate leadership challenges with integrity and excellence. You will also deepen your understanding of Scripture, strengthen your theological foundation, and grow in spiritual discernment as you prepare to lead with greater effectiveness and Kingdom impact.
