Service Description

This foundational course introduces leaders to the vision, values, beliefs, and leadership culture of CPI Ministries. Designed for emerging and existing leaders, this course provides a clear understanding of who we are, what we believe, how we lead, and the culture we are committed to building as a ministry family. Participants will explore the history, mandate, mission, and core values of CPI Ministries while gaining insight into the expectations, responsibilities, and character requirements of leadership within the organization. This course establishes a common language, shared vision, and leadership framework that creates unity, alignment, and effectiveness across every ministry department.
